*The nightclub pulsed with the sounds of music, whispered conversations and muted laughter. It was a themed party honoring the Kentucky Derby so everybody was wearing a hat. He glanced at the beautiful ladies, all of them wearing pretty outrageous headgear. A couple of ladies were wearing cowboy hats. They smiled and flirted with him. Eli smiled back, but kept moving around. Until he saw HER.
