*Working out on the treadmill, I flip through the TV channels out of boredom. The gym is empty - everyone's either holed up in their quarters or on patrol. Jenna is resting after our time spent together earlier in the evening. Landing on the local news, I figure what the hell. Let's see what's going on. As the crawl comes on under the newscaster's face, I stop the treadmill with a screech. Another murder. This time in another area of town, Dammit! Is this related to the others? Grabbing a towel and listening to the remainder of the news. Not much is known yet. Leaving the gym I send out a text to Kade and Aric.* :txt: Another one bites the dust. No, not listening to Queen but to the news.:snd txt:

{Dead Bodies} Venting
*Clenching his hands into fists he growled, prowling around his office, as the walls felt like they were closing in on him. Walking out of his office and down the long corridor to his and Elise's chambers, he grabbed his weapons arming himself with the titanium blades and other weapons, before pulling his long leather duster on covering the hardware he was packing.
As tense as he was Tegan would walk his frustration off. With his breed speed it took only moments to move away from the compound. He moved through the streets keeping to the shadows. Walking down a back alley, he jumped to the roof of one of the small buildings. Scanning the streets below and looking for anything that sparked his interest.
On the tip of the breeze a tangy smell teased his senses, a smell he knew well, blood. Leaping from building to building, he followed the scent to its source. The closer he got the stronger the smell and he knew it was fresh blood.Standing at the edge of the roof, Tegan took in the scene of a young girl no older than early twenties. Her mangled body crumbled on the street. Tegan moved to the shadows that covered a part of the building as he watched Washington DC's crime unit crawl all over the scene. With all the scents mingling together he knew there would be no way he could tell who did this.*
