Compound: Meeting My Sisters

*Sitting on the couch in the main living room of the compound waiting on Mathias to return from speaking with his fellow Order brothers. Elijah had taken Eddie to his room so that he could get settled and I decided to just wait for Mathias. My stomach growled and I realized I had not eaten since the night before, standing I made my way toward the sound of voices and the smells of dinner. Knocking softly on the door, I was greeted by a beautiful violet-eyed blonde woman, she told me her name was Elise* It is very nice to meet you, I'm Nova and as you may know already, Mathias' mate. Could I join you for dinner if it is not to much of an inconvenience?

  Elise Chase *Smiling, she gestured to the table* Of course, you are always welcome to join us. Have a seat and I will grab another plate. *Walking to the cabinets, she pulled out what she needed then held up a wine glass silently asking if Nova would like some. At her nod, she carried the stash to the table.* We don't stand on ceremony here, so make yourself at home.
• Alexandra Maguire *I look up from the table to see Elise greeting a lovely lady at the door. She had tattoos along her arms and a pretty smile. Earlier in the day I over heard the breed mates mentioned that Mathias had mated and they couldn't wait to meet her. Sitting at the table Elise introduces her, her being Nova Rowan. I welcomed her with a hug, gesturing to help herself and don't be shy*
• Savannah Dupree *I walked into the dining room carrying the casserole dish just as Elise set another place setting down and handed a glass of wine to a very beautiful young woman. Smiling I set the dish down and moved over to introduce myself.* Hello my name is Savannah, its so nice to meet you. I hope you're hungry because we have plenty.
• Nova Rowan *Sitting down at the table, taking a glass of wine from Savannah, sipping it and nodding* Thank you and yes I have not eaten since before the plane ride. My little brother is resting so I may have to put him a dish away for later. *Glancing around the room as more enter and introduce themselves* I am not shy Alexandra, it is just all this is so new to me, I am not use to having such a big family around. *smiles* For the first time in my life I think I can breathe, relax, and just enjoy life without looking over my shoulder. I must admit I love the idea of having sisters. *Taking a bite of the casserole* This is so good!
• Elise Chase *Nodding, she took a sip of her wine.* Savy is a fabulous cook. We would be lost without her. Plus, most of us understand. It's the Breed and their world that finally makes us fit in and feel connected. We are here to help, however you may need it.
• Alexandra Maguire *I smile when Nova mentions that she loves the idea of having sisters because that’s exactly how we all felt when we first arrived. Sitting at the table, I cut a piece of the casserole, placing it on my plate with a little salad on the side before pouring myself a glass of wine* Nova, you’ll be a wonderful addition to the family. You and Eddie
• Savannah Dupree *getting up from the table I walk into the kitchen to get the coffee and bunt cake. Making sure to bring an extra plate for Eddie. Walking back into the dining room I smile as I look around the table.* I hope everyone has left room for dessert?
• Nova Rowan Thank you Alexandra and yes there is always room for dessert Savannah. *Nodding at Elise* I was adopted by a breed family as a baby, my father was not the nicest of breed males *Running my finger tip across the hidden scarab tattoo* . I ran away from home at a very young age and moved to England.That is where I met Ozzy, he was a wonderful father figure, he took Eddie in when we found him eating from a trash can and he also taught me how to tattoo. *Smiles softly* It is kinda a whirl wind how bloody fast my life has changed in such a short time. *Taking a bite of the cake* Oh Savannah this is wonderful as well.
• Dylan Alexander I had been running late for dinner, Rio had kept me busy longer than I expected. Smoothing my shirt before entering as I heard a new voice. "Sorry I'm late. Something came up." My cheeks flushed a bit as I took a seat and made myself a plate. Then smiling at new face, "l'm Dylan. It's nice to meet you. You must be Mathias' mate."
• Elise Chase *Her eyes widened as she listened to Nova.* I was more fortunate, the Chase's found me on the streets in Boston when I was a child and took me into their Darkhaven over a hundred years ago. He was stern but a good male. I am glad that Mathias found you. He deserves someone special.
• Alexandra Maguire *Sitting back enjoying the wonderful dinner Savannah prepared, I sip my wine and helped myself to a piece of cake. Taking a few bites, I compliment Savy how delicious the cake was. I listened, laughed and talked amongst my sisters before excusing myself from the table. Making my way around to the other side, I hug each of them hugging Nova last* It was a pleasure meeting you *I grin* Sister *hugging her again I turn to the others and waved good night*
• Savannah Dupree *after a wonderful night with my sisters, I had into the kitchen and get to work cleaning. When I'm done I head back in just in time to say goodnight to Alexandra. Giving her a hug, I turn saying goodnight to all my sisters saving Nova for last.* I'm so glad your here. *giving the others a hug I say my goodbyes and head off to find my mate.*
• Nova Rowan *Taking a breath, I hugged them all, making my way toward Eddie's room with a plate of food * ~things will be just fine now~ *Texting Mathias* <Just finished meeting some of the ladies, I am taking Eddie some food and I will be waiting in our room, I love you>

  
  

Compound: Lost In The Compound

*Walking toward the living quarters, I got turned around, biting my lip as I scanned the different hallways* Ummm maybe it is this way. *walking down the long hall nothing looked familiar, blushing when I see males in the gym working out. Turning quickly I ran into Dylan*

• Dylan Alexander *After dinner I'd stopped and grabbed a book from the library, on my way back I saw Nova looking a little lost. Smiling at her.* Are you just working off Savannah's great cooking or have you gotten yourself turned around?

• Nova Rowan *Chuckles* I have gotten a bit lost. I thought about taking Eddie his food and going out to the patio to draw a little bit. *Smiles* Would you mind showing me the way and I would draw a picture of you for your mate?

• Dylan Alexander We can take Eddie his food and then I can show you how to get to the patio. *Smiles* I'd love it if you'd draw me. *after getting us started in the right direction, we dropped off Eddie's food and headed for the patio*

• Nova Rowan *Sitting outside on the patio, I study her features, pointing to across from me* Sit there please. *pulling out my drawing tablet, I began to work on it. So how did you come to be here Dylan?
• 
  
• Dylan Alexander It's a long story, so where do I begin. I was on vacation in Eastern Europe when I met Rio. It wasn't actually a meeting of the minds at first. More like a clash of wills. * I smiled fondly on it all now. To be honest I wouldn't have changed most of it.*
• 
  
• Nova Rowan *Laughs* I was a hard ass, tattooed woman, that allowed for the first time in my life, a breed male in. *Glancing up as I work more on the painting* I believed they were all bad, like my father, but I spent so much time hiding and running....I am thankful for a break, for love.

• Dylan Alexander I knew nothing of the Breed before I met Rio. My life had been filled with a free spirited mother and two brothers. Rio completed me and when my family was all gone, he gave me this wonderful one. *Watching her draw, I knew she was a good fit and would make a great sister.* I'm glad you decided to take that break.

• Nova Rowan *smiles softly* I hardly had a choice, but I love Mathias and know I will love it here with him. I am almost done, a few more little shading and I will show you it. I love doing art, tattoos, anything related to drawing. I just want my brother to have a good life, he is not my brother by blood but he is in every other way.

• Dylan Alexander We all want the ones we care about to have a good life. Besides, blood isn't the only thing that makes someone family. Many things can. * smiles * I can"t wait to see your sketch.

• Nova Rowan *Flipping the picture around to show her* I hope you like it. *handing it to her new sister*

• Dylan Alexander *looking at the sketch* This is beautiful. I'll get it framed and hang it in our quarters. You are very talented Nova.

• Nova Rowan You are very welcome. *yawning* OH excuse me, I have become very tired, I think I can find the room this time. *hugging her softly* Thank you again for your help and I am thrilled you love the picture. Good night

* Finishing his workout, Tegan left the room heading back to his quarters. Walking down the long corridor he heard the faint sound of shoes against the marble flooring. Turning the corner, it took everything Tegan had to keep the low growl off his lips when he saw Sterling Chase headed toward him.*

Sterling Chase Evening Tegan *Looking the big GenOne from head to toe as he stood in the hallway obviously fresh from a workout* You look... *he paused for effect as a smart ass smirk crossed his face* lovely. You finally decide to put the auto-boxer on Medium, or is your old age finally catching up to you?

Tegan GenOne Evening Sterling * He ground his back teeth listening to what the male had to say* Your a bucket full of laughs, Harvard. Finally got off the leash? *Smirks*

Sterling Chase *Leaning a shoulder against the wall* Speaking of leashes, I heard Elise has been doing some research into finding a pet *He watched the tension in Tegan's jaw at the mention of his mate* What's the problem, you not cutting it for her anymore?

Tegan GenOne * Biting back the growl and need to hit Sterling, it road him hard to plant his fist between his eyes at even mentioning his mate. * My mate is very satisfied with me, Sterling. Not the type of pet you are thinking.

Sterling Chase Whatever you have to tell yourself, Tegan. *He pushed past the warrior and felt the anger vibrate off his body as he did so. It was clear that Tegan was barely holding on to his last thread of control, and it was one of his favorite things to do to test the very strength of his grasp* I got better things to do than to take part in your denial. Tell that darling little blonde of yours I happen to know where she can find a REAL pet if she's looking *Turning his back and smirking, knowing that last comment would simmer with Tegan for at least a few days*

Tegan GenOne *Curling his hands into fist as he watching the breed warrior walk away, a growl rumbling between his lips, he itched to go after Elise's brother-in-law, but didn't. His temper rising he turned on his heel and walking back to his chambers.*
