Compound: Lucan and Elise

Lucan Thorne  June 25, 2013  *Tucking himself in at his desk, he makes himself comfortable in his home office. Logging into this laptop he brings up the secure network and scrolls through the eighty-six new e-mails that Elise has filtered and forwarded to him over the last two days. The nightly task of leading The Order so different than the past, the demands of the new war find him fighting without his sword and bullets, but with political maneuvering, endless meetings and talk show interviews. While scanning through the massive amount of mail, he clicks each one and skims it, deciding if it will need his immediate attention. Stopping dead as he reads, then rereads an e-mail appointment confirmation, he curses out loud before yelling for Elise, the sound of his voice echoing through the compound. What The Fuck?

Lucan Thorne *looking up at her from his desk a slow burn in his eyes, as she hurriedly enters the office, he spins the laptop around to face her and growls out, what in the hell is this? I thought I was very clear on the answer being a definite no*

Lucan Thorne *Running his hand through his hair, softening only a small amount when she mentions Micah and his absence on Mother's day* I understand why you did it, you were angry, but un do it now. I have no intention of standing before fifty school girls curious about my fangs and reproductive organs. I would have Micah home with the family if his skills were not needed in Budapest, his placement was a strategic decision, one which Tegan understands. Fix this Elise.

Lucan Thorne *He finds himself waiting on her once again. The thought of facing fifty squealing girls is more annoying than taking on alley full of rogues. How could she have given them a conformation? Her considerable contributions to the order as a whole and to him personally over the years is the only thing that could even make him contemplate such an undertaking.

Gabrielle M. Thorne posted to ‎Lucan Thorne  June 23, 2013  *Arriving at the compound she says good bye to her sisters and heads to her quarters. Lucan is with the other warriors strategizing in Gideon's lab so she has the room to herself. Pulling out her new dresses she tries them on with her boots, loving how they feel puts a kick in her pulse that is sure to ring in Lucan's Blood. Pulling the jacket from Nana's she prances in the mirror admiring herself waiting on him.*

Compound: Dani's Surprise

Malcolm MacBain  June 21, 2013  *Smiling at my mate as she stares blindly out the windows, I find myself grinning as Aric pulls us into the garage of the Compound and I can hear the garage door lower. Nodding at Connor as he opens the door to the Rover, I pick up Danika and carry her to the house where Gideon is waiting on us.* Lass, we are almost there.

Danika MacBain *Feeling anxious not knowing where these two are taking me I feel the vehicle turn and hear a door open, feeling us stop Malcolm lifts me out and carries me a short distance.* You know I could walk myself if you took this blindfold off.

Connor MacConn *Hearing my mother fuss about her blindfold I just shake my head.* You know mum it's all going to be worth it trust us. *Smiling at my father we stop at the door.*

Gideon Breed *Receiving a text from Malcolm, I Sneak away from the family room and make my way to entry doors off of the garage, pressing my palm to the security pad, the door slide open, revealing our Celtic family who have been greatly missed. With a huge smile I Lift Danika off her feet in a bear hug then embrace my brother Malcolm, saving my once over and hug for Connor for last* Man it’s so good to see you guys. I have everyone set up in the family room with the video feed hooked to the big screen, man wait till they see how 3D you really are.

Lucan Thorne *Leaning in to the webcam so that he can be seen, he nods at Gideon before the tablet is handed to Danika. He grins at the three of them, when Gabrielle presses near to see, he pulls her into his lap so she has a better view. Gabrielle squirms in his lap as she catches their images with the back drop of our home’s garage behind them, she blows kisses to the screen and tells them she can’t wait to give them all a big hug. When she finishes, He promise to meet up with the warriors to discuss some pressing business as soon as we are home and settled.* Enjoy the family, we will see you soon

Savannah Dupree *sitting in the family room chatting with the family waiting to start the video chat with Danika, Malcolm and Connor. It’s been so long since we have talked it will be nice to see them. I’m so glad Gideon set this up we have really missed having them around. Looking at the clock I wonder what is keeping my mate and why he had to rush off*

Kade Breed *Standing towards the back of the room, he watches with his mate, Alex, his best friend Brock, and his mate as the other females chatter among themselves. The males do their best to not look bored while awaiting the video feed for the MacBain's long awaited visit.*

Alexandra Maguire *waiting patiently for the chat to begin, I look around at how excited everyone is getting. Taking hold of Kade's arm I look up at him and smile.

Tess Culver Malebranche ~I sat in Dante's lap as we waited in the living area for our video conference with the MacBain's. Their presence in the compound was sorely missed and I was anxious to catch up with my sister and her family.~

Brock Breed *sitting with my arm around Jenna, I enjoy watching her excitement as we wait for the chat to begin. With Kade on the other side of me, we while away the time by making wise cracks as usual. It will be exciting to see the MacBain's, even if it is only on video.*

Tavia Chase *Hanging up the phone with Sterling, I glance at the time; letting out a gasp. Quickly walking up the hall to the room where the video conference is being held. Walking in I begin to chat with my family* I cannot wait to see them; it has been so long; I just wished Sterling was here as well. *Greeting the family, I slide into a chair, bouncing with excitement*

Malcolm MacBain *I guided Danika into the room where our family waited, the tears showing me her happiness. Brushing a gentle kiss across her cheek, I wink and grin at her.* Surprise, Dani!

Danika MacBain *Still reeling from the realization of where we were Malcolm guides me to the double doorways of the living area, tears streaming down my face as he tells me surprise we open the doors to our family facing away from us awaiting to see us on t.v. I laugh and say* hi *The looks on everyone's faces are priceless.*

Connor MacConn *Seeing the joy on my mother's face is the best thing in the world.* We thought you might like this surprise. *Seeing my family all turn wishing I had a camera with me.* This is definitely a Kodak moment.

Savannah Dupree *hearing a voice in back of me I turn to look over to the entrance to the family room and standing in the doorway are the McBain’s* Dani!!! Oh my god you’re here! Running over to her I give her a big hug, moving down the line I hug Malcolm then Connor, feeling tears slide down my cheeks I go over to Gideon and give a big kiss* This is the best surprise ever, thanks babe! *I stand back hugging my mate and watch as everyone takes a turn hugging and kissing our family*

Kade Breed *walking over to welcome his family to the compound he hugs Danika gently, and firmly shakes the hands of Connor and Malcolm*

Alexandra Maguire *Chatting away with the other’s facing the video cam I hear the voice of my dear sister, Turning I see her standing in the door* Danika.. *everyone turns at once, silence then one by one we all approach her, Malcolm and connor* You've been greatly missed, so happy to see you home *hugging each one of them*

Tess Culver Malebranche ~I jumped out of Dante's lap and ran to Danika, laughing and hugging everyone pleased with the surprise of an actual visit instead of a phone conference. I looked at Connor and hugged him.~ Rafe will be sorry he missed this now.

Brock Breed *turning at the sound of the commotion amid murmurs of "Danika! Malcolm! Connor!", Jenna slips out of my arms and runs to hug Danika. Getting up quickly, I cross the room to clasp hands with Malcolm.* It is so good to see you - we've missed you.

Nathan Bishop -I stand toward the back of the room and watch as Malcolm, Danika, and Connor are all greeted. It is such a surprise for everyone. Hugs and smiles go around the room. I walk over to Mal and Connor and nod to them.* Welcome home. *They reach out and clasp my hand, each in turn. I greet them as is expected but I am grateful when that part of it is over-

Tavia Chase *Hearing a familiar voice, I turn around blinking, opening my eyes and blinking again* Dani! Connor! Malcolm! *Running into the pile of family members hugging each one of them. Wiping my eyes as the tears flow down my cheeks* I am so happy you guys are here, what a surprise! *Stepping back and allowing everyone to greet them, now really wishing Sterling was here*

Mira Nicholas-Archer *Coming out from the gym, I head into the sound of voices and remember that the skype chat with Danika, Malcolm and Connor was supposed to be tonight.* Damn, I probably missed it. *I head to the living room and am surprised at the sight upon entry, the three of them are all smiles and surrounded by the rest of the family* You guys are actually here! *giving a hug to the three of them and apologizing for my appearance* I got so focused on training with my team, I forgot about the chat tonight...this is a very nice surprise. *grinning*

Malcolm MacBain *I step to the back and talk with my brothers while Dani is swallowed by the females. Sending her a strong message in my thoughts, I nod and wink at her.* <Enjoy our family, lass. I love you, my mate.>

Danika MacBain *Being surrounded by all my sisters is the best surprise in the world, not knowing whether to cry or laugh I embrace everyone tightly* I have missed all of you so so much I had no idea he had this planned. *Looking to my mate I hear his thoughts and I whisper.* Thank you Mal I love you so much.

Savannah Dupree *I stand to the side holding my mates hand watching as everyone starts giving their good nights and making plans to spend time together, happy that I will get a chance to spend time with our sister as well* I’m so glad you are here sis! There are a couple of empty rooms at the top of the stairs and if you need anything you know where to go. *I hug her again then head to my room for the night*

Kade Breed *Standing behind Alex, he wraps his arms around her shoulders as they enjoy the company of the visiting MacBains. After a few minutes spent catching up on the latest family news, they say their goodbyes as Alex turns to him and whispers in his ear. Nodding in agreement he raises a closed fist to Brock in goodbye and together they head out of the room knowing they were honored to have such a wonderful and loving family*

Tess Culver Malebranche *We joined the mass exodus giving goodbyes and Dante actually picked up some of the luggage and dropped it off in their room, ribbing Malcolm about needing help.* See you in a few hours.

Brock Breed *standing in line to say our good nights, I return Kade's fist bump* See you later K.... *with my arm around Jenna, we say good night to the MacBain's* We're so glad you are here to make the evening complete. It's been way too long since we were together. *Shaking Mal's outstretched hand, and hugging Danika, we take our leave and head to our quarters - Jenna wiping tears from her eyes at her joy.*

Nathan Bishop -I quickly say my goodnights and make my way back to my quarters. Entering my room, I close the door behind me, I take a deep breath and blow it out. I wonder if I will ever get used to crowds, even around family.. -

Mira Nicholas-Archer *Figuring they must be exhausted from all of their travelling, I say my goodbyes, promising Connor that Kellan and I would hang out with him later, and sneak out behind Nathan*

Danika MacBain *Saying our goodnights but not wanting too I give my sisters goodnight hugs.* Shopping is a must before we leave. *Best quality time for all us breedmates. We head up to one of the empty quarters, entering the room I grab Mals face and kiss him deeply.* Mal this is the best surprise ever I couldn't be happier! *<I thought you might enjoy this> feeling his arms curl tight around me I smile.* I wish it was longer than a few days though. *Laying down I wrap tightly around Mal and drift off into a peaceful sleep.*

Mira Nicholas-Archer  June 14, 2013  *I click end on my phone and pocket it into my jeans* Those breeds are too stubborn for their own good. *I shake my head and head to Gideon's lab; I'll need a laptop and instructions on how to skype someone and I need to make it secret. Kellan is sure to back out if he knows what I have planned...*

Status: Gid plays with Dia

Gideon Breed  June 10, 2013  *mindlessly rolling a pencil back and forth between my palms as I watch the information scroll across my monitor* I have all of Diabolus' known businesses as well as a few we suspect belong to him, being monitored twenty four hours a day. I've been using my skills to throw a monkey wrench in his works whenever I can, it's the least I can do for a male such as him. Lately I've noticed that The Order isn't the only one with its sight set on Diabolus, it seems an unknown outside source is also making it difficult for the breed to obtain his goals. That in itself bares further attention. *Closing the program, I send an email to Lucan with an update*
