*Waiting on Gideon 's face to fill the screen on his laptop. Lucan nods as the male glides his rolling chair to the web cam and greets him with a smile, informing him that Malcolm and his family have landed safely in Scotland, along with the Chase women and Mathias . Tavia will embark on her diplomatic schedule in three days, escorted by one of Malcolm's top security teams, Carys will be a guest of the MacBains and Mathias will be seen to in private quarters there. The flight was uneventful and the party is currently in transport to Malcolm's dark haven. He thanks Gideon and ends the transmission, relieved that the group is safe and in transit once again. He will personally check in with Malcom in a few hours for a status update on Mathias.

Compound: BM Movie Night: The Conjuring
Jenna Darrow *Getting comfortable in the chair, I set out the popcorn, candy,
and soda as I look through the system to find the movie. Smiling at Danika
when I see her come into the room* Hi sis! Are you ready for a good fright?
Danika MacBain *Walking into the entertainment room I smile at Jenna*
Hey sis, definitely! What did Gid find for us tonight? *Making myself
comfortable in one of the lounge chairs waiting for Jenna to put the movie in
munching on popcorn.*
Jenna Darrow *Scrolling through the menu to the horror movies, I squeal a little when I see the new releases Gid had secured for us. Grinning at Dani* Want to watch The Conjuring? It's supposed to be really good!
Danika MacBain *Smiling with excitement I shake my head* Yes! I've heard that
too! We should turn all the lights off. *Getting up as Jenna picks the movie I
shut all the lights off the only light is a dim lamp out in the hallway.
Hurrying back to my seat I smile* Ok ready!
Jenna Darrow *giggling as I hit play. I grab the throw pillow, holding it in
my lap as the movie starts* Excellent idea! I have wanted to see this movie
since I first saw the preview! *grabbing a small handful of popcorn and popping
some into my mouth, I turn my attention back to the screen*
Danika MacBain Yes I agree! The previews looked awesome. *Grabbing a throw
blanket off the back of the chair I get comfy munching on more popcorn as the
screen lights up with the movie.*
Jenna Darrow *watching the family arrive at the house and unpack their belongings, I pull my legs up under me, waiting on edge for something to happen, glancing over at Danika to see her watching intently as well. I lean forward and grab a Pepsi* Want one?
Danika MacBain *Watching intently I take the soda from Jennasmiling.* Thanks sis *Turning back to the movie when the
family dog refuses to enter the house no matter how much the dad tugs on him, I
whisper.* You always trust an animal's instinct of things. *Hearing Jenna
whisper her agreement* <Definitely!>
Jenna Darrow *as the movie continues, I find myself leaning forward and
jumping when the pictures fall down the stairs. Turning to Danika, we both laugh a little at being spooked. Whispering to her as i watch the screen* There is no way I'd stay in that house!
Danika MacBain *Jumping when all the pictures fall, laughing at ourselves* My cue to leave would have been the dog! *As the mother enters the basement Jenna And myself are at the edge of our seats.* No
don't go down there! *Staring wide eyed at the screen as the mom lights a match
and two hands come out beside her an clap making the match go out I jump.*
Jenna Darrow *pulling the pillow tight against me when the hands come on the
screen. I softly laugh at myself for being frightened* oh shit! *munching on
some more popcorn and washing it down with the Pepsi, I look over and giggle
with Danika,
happy to see I'm not the only one reacting to the film* Breed ability or not, I
would not be sticking around with ghosts!
Danika MacBain *Laughing at Jenna's response* I don't think even the guys
would stick around in this house. *taking some gummy worms and smiling* This
movie definitely is awesome, we should get the whole family to watch it!
Jenna Darrow *giggling at Danika's
suggestion* I think a couple of our sisters might not want to participate!
*turning back to the screen just as a little boy appears in the background, I
hold my breath waiting to see what happens*
Danika MacBain *Nodding in agreement* Yeah you are probably right. *Shaking my
head at the next scene* Oh lord now I'm not going to want to look in mirrors
ever! *Giggling*
Jenna Darrow *talking quietly as I look around the room* Tell me about it!
*my attention back on the movie, I jump again when I'm startled by another
scene, and scream when the girl is attacked suddenly* Oh my God! Yeah I'd be
gone for sure!
Danika MacBain *Jumping at Jenna's screams I scream myself* Yea definitely gone ASAP! *Hearing the story of the old witch lady who killed herself and cursed the land, my mouth dropped open.* No way! *Looking to Jenna* 200 acres of her land cursed!
Jenna Darrow *shaking my head as I glance over at Danika* Makes me wonder who researches the land our compounds are on. *shivers run down my spine at the thought.*
Danika MacBain *Pausing to think what Jenna has mentioned* So true! Hmm I feel
an investigation is in order. *Smiling at the thought* Jenna and Danika ghost hunters at your service!
Jenna Darrow *bowing in my seat, I can't help but giggle* Right on sister! Ghostbusters ain't got nothin' on us! *shivering when I notice the locket spinning on screen* Well they do have the cool guns.
Danika MacBain *still squinting as the lady that fell through the wall escapes
the basement, now her locket is spinning I twist the blanket a little that I'm
still holding* Yes that they do and the cool gear!
Jenna Darrow We'll need a cool theme song too! *watching the film progress, I
let out a sigh of relief as the family checks into the motel, looking over to
Dani* About damn time!
Danika MacBain Yeah! *Thinking deeply* Any ideas? *Relieved the family is checking
into a hotel but a feeling that it's not over yet.* This movie is awesome Jenna!
Jenna Darrow Hmmm, not sure. We should ask Kade and Aric for ideas. They'd probably know of something fun
to use. *laughing as I think of how that conversation would go. I look over at Danika* We have to thank Gideon for getting this! *grabbing my pillow* Holy cow that's a lot of
birds!
Danika MacBain *jumping at all the birds* I would hate to be that poor girl!
Yes we definitely need to thank Gideon!
I bet Kade and Aric Would too! *Laughing, turning just in time to catch the witches spirit leave the mother I am relieved they were able to save her.*
Jenna Darrow *shaking my head as the credits roll, I get up and give Danika a hug* This was a great idea sis! We'll have to
talk to the guys about our investigation. *laughing as we each say good night
and head to our quarters*
