{Status} Niko and Kellan Target Practice

*Thinking some one on one time with my daughter's mate is on order, I decide to head outside to test my new toys out. Can't wait to see how these babies do. New products need to be tried out. Pulling my phone out of my back pocket I send him a text.* :Hey getcha ass down here. I need a test dummy... LOL

    

 Kellan Archer *He grabs his phone and pulls up the text. He snorts * target practice huh... * he shifts Mira carefully out of his lap before kissing her softly* Sorry I can't stay to watch Goblet of Stone, again. Your Dad needs me. * Making a quick escape, he sighed in relief as he headed topside to meet up with Niko* I'd rather be target practice than watch the rest of that movie again 

* He grumbled*

 Niko Breed *Rubbing my hands together as I wait for Kellan to get his lazy ass here. Looking at the arrows laying on the table I feel like Gollum.* My precious *Giving my best evil laugh. Just then I see him coming across the compound.* Yo I know it was hard to tear yourself away from my daughter, (trying not to gag) but you wanna have some fun?

 

 Kellan Archer *He chuckles as he joins Niko* Absolutely! These are the new ones, huh? The ones you and Mira have been keeping under wraps? * He laughed again at Niko's grin* Alright, let's see what we've got here* He picks up one and turns to Niko* Lighter than I expected, very nice! What are we tossing into the mine field this time, Pop *he snarks*

 

 Niko Breed *Grumbles at the term Pop.* Well Son see those little houses across the field. Well those are our targets. Yes I know you thought I was gonna lock you up in one. Well don't tempt me, I'm still debating on it.* Grinning wide as I pick an arrow up and turning it over in my hands.* These little babies pack a punch...silent but deadly...I'll let you have the honor of firing first. *As he reaches for one in haste I grab his hand.* Dude you don't just grab it...be one with the weapon...Geez.

 

 Kellan Archer *he rolled his eyes and sighed* Yes Sir * He muttered reluctantly. He stepped back, closed his eyes, and reached deep for his center. Aaahhhhh, there she is, his Mouse. The vision of the other night, her against the wall, flashed through his mind and he snorted, Niko probably wouldn't appreciate that. With a slight smile, he took a deep breath and carefully picked up the arrow. Even with the odd shaped, bulbous end, they were well balanced. He was duly impressed, so far...
He positioned himself and sighted down the field at the barely held together, often blown up, sheds at the far end. He barely twitched, letting the arrow fly true as the string zipped by his cheek, ruffling his face* He looked at Niko* And?

 

 

Niko Breed Wait for it. *Within seconds the sheds blow up from the inside out. Sending them up in flames.With the push of a button there's a second explosion. Nothing left of the sheds but ashes. Not even the slightest bit of rubble .Lucan was going to be very happy. Less clean up for the gang.* Now that's a work of art.

 Kellan Archer *The shed blows and even at this distance he couldn't help but flinch as the ball of flame lit up the sky* Very. Fucking. Nice. May I? * He reaches for another but pauses*

 Niko Breed *Rolling my eyes at him, he's like a kid. Let him have one and he wants more. With a heavy sigh I give in and let him. As he lines up his shot I might be having a little more respect for him. He looks like he's actually taking this serious, but only just a little. Wouldn't want him to think I like him or anything crazy like that.*

 Kellan Archer *He grinned as he lined up on the last shed on the end, the furthest away. He adjusted his aim, took a deep breath, and released the arrow. His Breed eyesight tracked the arrow through the air and into the door of the shed. Bullseye. He laughed and turned to Niko* the distance on these is phenomenal, man! *He fell silent as Niko picked up another arrow, with a slightly larger bulb at the front.* Oh shit!

 

Niko Breed *Aiming at the sheds that was further back behind the others. You wouldn't have been able to see them until the others were blown up first.* Now son watch a master at work. This one single arrow will blow up all three if those sheds. So step back. *Letting the arrow fly I hot dead on center. The explosion takes out all three and knocks both me and Kellan on our asses. Getting to my feet but before I can bask in the glory of my work I hear the alarms at the compound. Oh shit! Dammit it must of set the alarms off. That means the damn sprinklers will be going off.* Well kid it was nice but see ya...wouldn't want to be ya when Lucan comes out here. *With that being said I haul ass outta there.*
