{Atlanteans} Alexandra Maguire Status

Alex: *Deciding at the last minute, Kade and I head out for a quick stroll through the city of Prague. Walking past several vendors she spots a globe ball of The City of Prague. She smiles and asks if he’ll purchase it for her. {Of course, beautiful. Anything for you} *Holding hands they continue their stroll till they come upon a small cafe called Capitol Prague Café. She was a bit hungry and entered for a bite to eat.

Kade: *Sitting across the table from her, enjoying the fact she's happy and content, he smiles and listens in interest as she tells him about her trip with the other Breedmates to the bazaar. Once she is finished eating, he takes her hand once again as they head back to the Darkhaven to finish the last minute preparations before returning home*

{Atlanteans} Females on The Town

Jenna: *kissing Brock goodbye and assuring him again that I had my gun tucked neatly away with extra clips. I shake my head as I go to meet up with my sisters. Heading into town to visit the local shops had been Elise's idea. Thankfully, Alexandra and Savannah had agreed that perhaps we could learn a little more by speaking with the residents. Anxious to see what else we would find, I text them that I will meet them at the Hummer and go to wait.*

Elise: *Reassuring Tegan that they won't be gone long or go very far, she headed to the garage to meet the girls. She had never been to Prague and she wanted to pick up some things to take back for the family too.* Hey, Jenna! Glad you wanted to go

Savannah: *kissing Gideon goodbye she rushed out the door before he could think of another reason why she shouldn't go out* Yeah I know babe we will be careful! *hurrying down to the garage she smiled when she saw the girls waiting* Hey there ladies. Are you ready to do some shopping?

Alex: *Wrapping her arms around Kade’s shoulders as he sit on the coach, she leans in to kiss him on his cheek. She tells him that she’s heading out with the girls and not to worry. Grabbing her bag, she heads down to the garage where Elise, Savannah and Jenna were waiting* Hey, girls I'm ready to do some shopping

Jenna: *greeting each of my sisters, I smile thinking of what trinkets we might find to bring back with us* Are you ladies ready to shop? *Looking to each of them as I get behind the wheel and start the engine* It shouldn't take long to get into town. Do you have everything you need?

Elise: *Nodding, she watched the passing landscape as Jenna pulled away from the Darkhaven.* I am and ready to see things in the daylight although, Jenna, I guess that is not a problem for you. I love the local crafts in Europe.

Savannah: *it's not long before we pull up in front of a little shop, getting out of the car we head inside and start to look around* They really have some lovely things here, but there is so much I don't know what I want..

Alex: *Sliding into the back seat, she rechecks her bag* yea, I'm all set *Admiring all the scenery of the city as we drive by, before pulling up in from of the shop. Entering the quaint little shop, she walks around looking to see what catches her eye

Jenna: *checking my gun before exiting the SUV, I look around the area as we exit and make our way into the first shop. Idly looking over the handmade pieces and talking to the old woman behind the counter, I make my way around to see what else they have being certain to keep my sisters in view*

Elise:  *Running her hand across the pieces, she walked back to the door looking down the street.* I'd like to check out the open stalls. Is that ok? *Reaching the first vendor, she talked with the woman and asked her about her little shop but realized that with the language barrier she would not obtain much history. They would have to rely on Savannah. She purchased a few trinkets and moved toward her sisters.*

Savannah: *looking at all the beautiful things all around her, she doesn't touch anything without first preparing herself first for the history that is sure to follow. Picking up a few things she lets the history flow through her, liking what she sees she pays for them and moves on to another part of the building*

Alex: *Placing a piece of hand crafted jewelry back on the counter, she turns and follows her sisters out the shop and they begin walking through the open stalls. WatchingElise as she attempt to speak with one of the vendors, a hand crafted basket catches my eye. After buying the item she looks back to see Jenna and smiles at her* Everything is so beautiful

Jenna:  *smiling at Alexandra* It really is. I am so glad we came. *noticing a necklace hanging along the side, I speak to the gentleman and decide to buy it. Placing it in my bag as I turn to make sure we are all still together* It is actually kind of peaceful here. Somehow I am surprised given my memories of this land.

Elise:  I'm not getting anything about the history except that most of it is "handmade" or "old". Savy, are you getting anything out of the normal? *Picking up a few trinkets and setting them back down, she finds a handwoven bracelet with a horse that would be perfect for Gabrielle and a leather cuff for Mira.*

Savannah: *looking over as Elise asks me about the history of some of the things we are looking at* I'm getting the same thing, but we have a lot more shopping to do... *moving behind Jenna I spot a strange piece of jewelry, moving closer to it I smile at the man behind the counter. I motion for him to pass me the lovely trinket and as soon as he places it in my hand the vision hit me hard. Reaching out my free hand I grab on to the counter as I see a jumble of things all at once* Ladies I think I spoke too soon!

Alex: *Looking at the many trinkets, I notice Savannah admiring a piece of jewelry. She suddenly grabs hold of the counter and i grab her arm so she doesn't loose her balance* It's ok, I got you. *Standing by her side as Elise and Jenna quickly come over*

Jenna:*watching Savannah closely as I stand besideAlexandra. I wait for the vision to play out* Are you ok sis? *glancing at my sisters, I ask the man where he got the trinket and relay his response to them* All he can tell me is that it is something he has had for a long time and cannot remember where it came from. *thanking the man, I pay him as I watch Elise and Alex with Savy*

Elise: *She paid attention to the man as he talked with Jenna while holding on to Savannah. There were no malicious thoughts surrounding him and it appeared he had no idea what had happened. As Savy started to focus again, she held her tighter.* Are you ok? Do we need to go?

Savannah:*as the vision slowly left me I looked at me sisters* I'm fine now but that vision felt a lot like the one in the cave, only this one was stronger. I think it may be what we are looking for! *I smile at the man as we left his stand* I don't think we should go, lets see if we can find anything else.

Alex: *Relieved that she was OK, we all continued our stroll through the open stalls*

Jenna: *glancing around at the items in the stalls, I find a little something for Brock and smile knowing he will appreciate it. Walking with my sisters as we visit all the little shops, I almost forget how far from home we truly are.* This has actually been a nice time. Savy, are you feeling ok?

Elise: *They continued down the street keeping their eyes open for other pieces that resembled anything they had seen from the cave. Several times Savannah picked up a piece and tranced out as a vision took over, almost all the same thing.Jenna purchased each of the items and wrapped them with care. The locals appeared to have no idea what was in their midst. She and Alexandra stayed close to Savy and supported her during her visions but even she was relieved when Savy thought they probably had enough. Looking at her pale face, she agreed.* We need to get you back to Gideon.

Savannah: *feeling drained I am glad when someone says they think we should head home I hold on to Alex and Jenna as we make our way back to the car* Yeah I think I could use a nap and a snack! *trying to smile at my own silly joke, I get in the back seat and lay my head back closing my eyes as we start back for the darkhaven*

Alex: *Concern for Savannah and how weak she looks, Jenna and I assist her back to the vehicle. Once she's settled in, I climb in beside her. Looking to the front seat, Elise gets in and Jenna starts up the car and ask if she is ok. I tell her yes as she drives us back to the Dark Haven*

{Atlanteans} Rio and Dylan Make a Trip

Rio: *Rushing out of Lucan's office. He feels my mates closeness through their bond. Pulling out his phone he starts to punch in the numbers. Making a sudden stop a smile crosses his face as he sees his mate standing in the foyer, handbag in hand ready to leave. He takes her hand and kisses her * Dylan, lo siento. I thought I'd stop by Lucan's office and see how the away team was doing, and time slipped by.

Dylan: *Seeing his smile, she smiles as he takes his her hand and they head for the car. She was looking forward to the evening out with him. He had been busy with the others gone and she was glad to see him relaxed.* I figured you might have, so I decided I'd wait for you here. How are things going? Are they finding any answers?

Rio: *Turning the the FJ they travel toward DC* I'm not sure, Hell, I'm not sure Lucan even knows. Gideon is in the process of send back some artifacts and will be transmitting some intel. But until it gets here and we can looks at it, it is nothing more than an unsolved puzzle. *Hearing his mates stomach growl he know that she is hungry* Dylan, what do you say we get you something to eat and then maybe go to the Smithsonian?

Dylan: *Listening as he spoke she hadn't realized how hungry she was. Grinning when her stomach reminded her she hadn't eaten for a while.* I can't wait to see what they send back. Why don't we park and since it's such a beautiful evening I can get a hot dog from one of the vendor carts as we walk to the Smithsonian.

Rio: *Parallel parking. He takes his 9mm out of the glove compartment. Placing his weapon in it holster he quickly walks around and opens the door for his mate* Are you sure about the hot dog? SMH, You don't know what comes to mind when you humans say you like to eat a hot dog.

Dylan: *laughing, as they start to walk* I have a feeling I might know, but why don't you tell me what comes to your mind? Then I see if we are thinking of the same things. * They pasted several couples that seemed to have the same ideas as they did. A nice evening with the one they loved.*

Rio: *A picture quickly flashed through his head. Reaching out he wiped the ketchup from the corner of her mouth* I'd rather not say. I wouldn't want to spoil your meal.

Dylan: * As he took got the ketchup, she thought he was too good to her and she loved how he was with her. How he watched over her. A playful smile came to her lips* I'll get you to tell me later when we get home. * She finished eating just as they got to the Smithsonian and they entered. The place wasn't overly crowded, but there was a nice crowd there.*

Rio: *Paying the admission he opens up the pamphlet. * So my love where do you suggest we start? I mean right now all we have to deal with in the truth we now about the Breeds origins and the speculations of the Breedmates.

Dylan: *Looking at the listings* Let's head to the past cultures exhibit area. Whatever we are looking for is going to be ancient, so that I think would the logical area to begin. * They started heading towards that area and when they got there, they saw many displays holding pottery and other ancient artifacts.*

Rio: *Making note of each piece in the exhibits he looks for clues. Many of the pieces were older than the known history of the Breed on earth.* This is like looking for a fucking needle in a hay stack. *Circling around a glass case a brightly colored glaze jar catches his interest. It was imprinted with a huge sun and what appeared to be a disk inside. As he walked around the the display there were more pictures of a broken city in water and beings that looked much like the Ancients standing on a hill top looking down*. Dylan, come here, look at this.

Dylan: *Looking through another case when she hers Rio's voice. Going over she starts looking at the vase and snaps some pictures with her phone* It looks like those are ancients in that one. * She read the tag and the piece had been found in a region of Spain. It was rumored by Plato that they conquered most of Europe at one time and the isle was somewhere of the Spanish coast.* The region it was found from what I read is correct.

Rio: *Shaking my head in wonder.* This is amazing. I grew up hearing the legends. And would go to Gibraltar and would gaze out onto the sea and wonder. But this... This is a confirmation that the visions Jenna had and wrote about in her journals are true. But this only leaves us with more questions. What the hell was the Ancient trying to tell us. Come on lets go to the planetarium. Perhaps they have something there. *Taking Dylan's hand we wind our ways through the crowd*

Dylan: *Dylan as child had heard the tales of Atlantis as a child, but it was always addressed as being a myth. Following Rio as he weaved around the others with a finesse she smiled. They got to displays and were about to split up to look at the different cases there.* Any ideas of where to start? * The room was huge with more displays than the one they were just in.*

Rio: *Shrugs* I don't think it matters. Just look for something that might look like the ancients.

Dylan: *He took the left side of the room and she took the right side. Searching displays. In one case there was what looked like a tablet with symbols similar to the jar Rio had found.* Rio, come look at this.

Rio: *Brushing his dark locks from his eyes. He could feel the eyes of humans and Breeds on him as he leaned down to get a better look. It had been many years since the explosion that scared his face and the stares no longer bothered him. Dylan squatted down beside him and kissed his scar. Wrapping his arm around her he snapped a picture.* Come on babe I think it is time to leave.

Dylan: Let's go. * His arm still around her shoulders as they walked out. Once outside the night sky was lit with stars and they walked back to the car. He opened the door for her and he went to get in on the driver's side. She leaned over and kissed him.* I love you, Rio. * he started the car and pulled away from the curb*

Rio: *Escorting Dylan out the building a tall well built male brushes past them. Catching a glimpse of a golden cuff his eyes narrow at the tiny engraving. A tear drop in the bowl of a crescent moon. Looking at the male their eyes lock briefly before Dylan's voice draw him back. Holding her tightly to his side they continue to the FJ. Opening the door he straps her in and kisses her gently* I love you too. *Getting behind the steering wheel he pulls into traffic heading home to the compound.*

{Atlanteans} Aine Declain Status

Aine Declain: *placing the last book on the shelf, I step back and turn around slowly, taking in the entire shop* Well Momma, how does it look? It's finally gonna happen. Everything is ready for opening day. *Walking behind the counter, I pick up the photo album I'd brought with me and take it over to the reading nook and sits down on the floor. Opening the book, I start to flip through the pictures. One's of Momma pregnant. Me as a baby. Me in different Halloween costumes. Momma and daddy in each others arms. Running my fingers over a picture of them together* Momma, I miss you so very much. I wish you were here to do this with me. It was always your biggest dream. *sighing, I wipe the tears from my eyes and go to gather my things. Locking the door behind me, I walk out into the warm sunshine, smiling as it caresses my skin*

{Atlanteans} Checking In

Rio: *Dropping by Lucan's office he wanted to check in and inquire how the team was doing in Europe.* Evening Lucan. Hows things going in Prague?

Lucan: *Hearing footsteps approaching, he drops the pen to the desk top and eases back in his chair. Nodding to Rio as he knocks and sticks his head in the doorway, he motions for him to enter*. Everything has gone well so far. Tegan and the team have made some progress,making some interesting finds in the Ancient's cave, he has Micah and his trainees on recovery and packing duty, andGideon has made arrangements to transport everything here.

Rio: *Standing at the edge of the desk his hands in his back pockets he gives a slight nod at the news.*That's good to hear. *Scratching the back of his neck* Do we know exactly what we are looking for?

Lucan:  *Furrowing his brow, he pinches his nose and sighs* Right now, we are trying to make sense of everything. We know the pieces fit together, we just aren't sure how. Jenna is working hard at translating; she has been in touch with Dare, the two of them are making some progress. Savannah is working herself hard by using her gift to bring more information forth, but Gideon is worried about her, until we have a better understanding of the new information , he knows she is needed.

Rio: *Lips drawn tight* Is there anything we can do here?

Lucan: *Meeting his eyes to show my respect and appreciation* I'm waiting on report submissions from both Gideon and Dare. When I have all of the up to date intel, I'll let you know if there is anything that needs to be followed up here at home. In the mean time, I appreciate you stepping up the patrol duties while the others are away.

Rio: *Nods* De nada. I'm always her for you and my brothers *looks at watch* OH Damn. I'm late. But before I go, is there anything Dylan and I can do to help? Perhaps scour the museums or perhaps the library of Congress?

Lucan: *sitting forward, he retrieves his discarded pen, ready to get back to work. When Rio pauses in his exit to ask about the local historical archives ; he smiles to himself, honored to be surrounded by this team, his family* There are several historical sites we should probably give some consideration to. Enjoy your evening with your mate, but be vigilant for anything that may be of interest. *nodding as Rio smiles, tossing an "I'm always vigilant boss" over his shoulder as he leaves*
