{Atlanteans} Savy researches the artifacts

Savannah Dupree   *taking a seat at the conference table in the tech lab I watch as my mate sits the boxes down beside me. I smile and wink at Gideon thanking him for his help, then place a notebook and pencil next to me as I pick up the first artifact writing down the tag number before closing my eyes. The vision plays out like a movie showing me the life of the person that made it, feeling like I am looking through the eyes of the person that owned the artifact. I watch as he takes in his surroundings, talking with others in his village.

I watch as he looks down as he works on the piece and there on his wrist is a leather band with a teardrop in a crescent moon. Opening my eyes I grab the pencil writing down every detail, reading it over a few times wanting to be as thorough as possible. When I was satisfied that I had gotten all the information from the artifact I wrapped it up putting it to the side and worked my way through the other pieces I had taken from the collection*

{Atlanteans} Tavia, Dare and Jenna talk

Tavia Chase  *Sitting at my desk scrolling through the images of the artifacts, trying to get things cataloged. Letting my fingers fly across the keyboard, typing up my report to send to Lucan, in reference to how the search was going* ~I have been going nowhere, absolutely nowhere!~ * Looking up at Jenna as she entered the office, as well as Dare* Hey you two, how goes the search for more information on the artifacts? *Printing up the letter I was writing, I handed one to each of them* this is what I have so far, I am pretty much stuck at the moment and it is really pissing me off.

Dare Thorne *taking the letter, and looking it over.* Aunt Tav - just chill! No need to stress. We'll get it figured out! Extra sets of eyes always help, right Aunt Jenna?

Jenna Darrow *nodding at Dare as I read the letter, I turn to look back at Tavia* He is right. We have all been working so hard on this that we need to take a step back. I have been reviewing the photos of the artifacts and admit the writings are familiar to me. Humans took the language and adapted it differently in each culture but the base is the same. I was actually wondering if Lazaro might have any insight as he still has many memories of his father. Savy will be able to give us glimpses of each artifacts history though as we saw, there seems to be some kind of interference. Perhaps once she's had a chance to spend some time with each piece, we will gain an understanding of where we could look next for the answers.

Tavia Chase *Sits back, studying my paperwork, tossing it to the side* I am chill nephew, just you know how my mind works, you both do. *taps my forehead*
Eureka! That is it, I totally agree. Let's step back, looking into each piece in detail, individually; maybe we missed a little detail that would give us clues.

Dare Thorne Sounds good. I think Aunt Jenna may be on to something though. We could always ask Kellan to get in touch with his grandfather. Picking his brain a little may give us some insight as well. We do need to look at each piece separately. We're all getting overwhelmed by the big picture, I think.

Jenna Darrow It's what we would do back on the force. When we were faced with a case that seemed to be going nowhere, we would take each piece of evidence and recatalog it as if it was the first time. It always ended up working as we would discover some little thing we hadn't noted before. *shaking my head as I think of all the artifacts, I look back at Tavia and smile* Going to need some coffee.

Tavia Chase *Nods* Extra extra strong coffee! I will run make us some. Dare could you run get a few of the artifacts for us and Jenna maybe grab a few journals? *Walking out thinking of the artifacts, running through the memorized pictures in my head*

Dare Thorne *grinning as she sends me out to pick up a few of the artifacts, I feel like I'm in an episode of CSI. Cold cases R Us! Trying to get serious, I gather a few of the pieces we've been working on and head back.*

Tavia Chase *Making the coffee, I continue to scan through the artifacts in my head* ~Together we should get a little further in this search, there has got to be something little that we are all missing~ *Looking over I see a flyer for the new mall, The Dome. Tear drops from the Moon* ~hmmm that shop looks familiar and interesting, may have to check that one out~ *Grabbing the flyer and coffee, then walking back to the office*

Dare Thorne *coming back into the office and setting down the artifacts I brought with me, I see the flyer for Teardrops From the Moon.* Look - some of those pieces in the photographs look like some of the artifacts we have!

Tavia Chase *Sipping my coffee, I glance at the flyer again * they do, Dare; that maybe why it caught my eye *Reading over the flyer again and thinking to myself* ~ Aine Declain, I know the owner, well I kind of know her, we met a few times~ *shaking it off, I begin pulling up all the files we have acquired, to help us with the artifacts. Picking up the first artifact, studying it closely*

Dare Thorne *frowning, I take a closer look at the flyer.* Why do these pieces look like what we have? There must be a connection of some kind here. The shop is not run by the Order, yet there are distinct similarities in the pieces shown in the flyer, and what was brought back from Prague. I'm not getting good vibes from this. Perhaps we need to bump this info higher up?

Tavia Chase *Nods* Can you mention it to your father for me? I am not getting good vibes from it as well. Maybe Aric, Mira, and I can check it out one day, if Lucan says it is okay. *typing in a few more things into the laptop, I send an email to Lucan with the information that we have so far* Dare, how did you and Carys like the dance the other day?

Dare Thorne *gathering everything together* I will definitely bring it up with Father. I think it is something we need to look into. I hate to add anything else to his plate, but this could be important. *grinning at her second question* I enjoyed the gala very much. I think Carys had a good time as well. It was nice to get out for a while. *feeling a little awkward talking to Carys' mother about our "date", I gather everything and stand to leave.*

Tavia Chase *Reaching out touching Dare's shoulder* Thanks for cheering her up the other day, she was sad and needed a little fun. *Hugs him softly* You're an awesome nephew, one hell of a warrior, and I know you make us all proud to call you family. *Sitting back at the desk, I scan through the newest findings* I will talk with you later Dare.

{Atlanteans} Tavia and Jenna discuss their Findings

Tavia Chase   *Walking toward Jenna's quarters to discuss some of the findings we found in the books that are similar to those in her journals. Knocking softly, I hear her say "come in". Opening the door, I greet her with a hug* Hello sis, I wanted to talk with you about a few similarities we found in the ancient books, that compare with your journals. *pulling up the computer file and reference document*

Top of Form
Jenna Darrow *hugging Tavia, I put down the journal I had been writing in and take a seat with her on the couch* Show me what you've found. I know you spoke with the professor. I always love how they attribute the Ancient's language to an older human civilization. *smiling, as she pulls up the images and files on the laptop and I remember our time in Prague*

Tavia Chase *Lifting the picture from the ancient Greek mythology book and the symbol from the Egyptian book* If you put the two symbols together, they match almost perfectly. The professor found the same, nothing conclusive though. These symbols match an earlier journal you wrote.

Jenna Darrow *looking at the pictures closely, I see the Ancient writing at another time and recall the musty smell of his surroundings, shaking the memory loose, i refocus on the images in front of me.* This is the Ancient's language. Though it appears the humans adapted some of it as their own. We have seen that in other cultures too since I started recording my, I mean, his life. *looking over at Tavia, I smile and laugh softly* Sometimes it's hard to separate the two.

Tavia Chase *Nodding* I could not imagine going through so many years and reliving his life. I know when I had the dreams remembering the things Diabolus made me forget, it was horrible, I felt like I was being ripped apart. *Touches your hand* How do you handle it? You have seen and felt so much through the years from him. *Tapping my pen onto to desk as I look through the books* I know the answer is in front of us, we just have to piece it together. Here is another one, it was on page five/journal seven and also on page twelve/journal eight.

Dare Thorne *Since I was free right now, I thought I would see if Aunt Jenna could use any help with the journals. Knocking on the door, and hearing her say to come on in, I walk in to see Aunt Tavia there as well, surrounded by pictures and journals.* Hey Aunties - could you use some help? Did you find anything out anything from the Professor that could be of use? I can catalog it into the computer program if you need me to. I have a little spare time.

Jenna Darrow *smiling as Dare comes in, I motion for him to join us on the couch* Hi, I'm so glad you are here. We were just discussing some of the repeating symbols in the journals that you and I have actually reviewed previously. I know Gideon's software has helped tremendously and we can use that for this as well. *handing him one of the images and moving over so he could see the laptop, I look to each of them* I am certain this symbol was also in the first journal I recorded. I remember tracing it while trying to calm myself from the feeling of the burning trees around me, or rather him.

Tavia Chase *Hugs Dare* Hi nephew, I am also glad you showed up. I have about fifty ancient books I have been memorizing, the findings are inconclusive at the moment but in my opinion the symbols match several different languages, especially if you combine. *Pulls open her file on laptop* I am recording all the variations of the dialect in a journal on the laptop. I am gathering and recording everything that I have to make it easily readable for everyone. I have included page numbers, if they correspond with the journals, and I have labeled all the reference books I have. *Looks at you both* I had an appointment to speak with a professional from an auction house, that specializes in ancient artifacts, but I cancelled it.

Dare Thorne *looking at the images and studying them* I think it would be quite easy to scan these images and put them in the program. Uncle Gid's software can then match them up to the appropriate journal entries. *turning to Aunt Tavia" So, you think if these are combined, it's trying to tell us something. Interesting. Do you really think the auction house dude can help? I somehow have a feeling that this stuff is way more ancient than anything he's seen before, but I'd be interested in hearing what he has to say for sure.

Jenna Darrow *listening intently as I study the images* These are certainly a mix of the Ancient's language which is why they are in the journals. They have been corrupted by the humans who tried to incorporate them into their own language though so we need to be careful that the meanings have not changed as well from what we know the Ancient's to mean. Any resources we can pull from will assist us in getting an accurate translation but we need to be very careful who and how much we share of the artifacts. We do not know if someone else may still be looking for whatever they reveal or who might decide to look for it. *nodding to both of them, I pick up another image and study the differences in the language*

Tavia Chase *Nodding in agreement * That is why I came to you first, because of what my father did to you. You share his memories, reliving them as if you were there. *Pulling up the information on the auction house employee* This is him, Sterling is not thrilled about me going, so I cancelled the appointment. I have only shared a few with Professor Myers and I trust him whole heartily. He was a young professor when I went to school, I have known him many years.

I do agree we need to make sure we are correct in our outcome, when finding out about these symbols and their meaning. We are on the right path to figuring this out, I know it.

Dare Thorne *looking thoughtfully at the images once more* I can see why Uncle Sterling is leery about it. In this day and age, you can't be 100% certain that others that may be hunting for the artifacts may not have gotten to him first. Please be very careful about the information you provide to him, Aunt Tavia. The fewer people outside this compound that know about this, the better off we are. I'm sure Dad would agree. I'll get to work on entering this information into Gid's program right away. I'm certain we can figure this out. It might take some time though.

Jenna Darrow You really shouldn't go alone. One of the warriors should accompany you just in case he's not on the up and up. *looking over at Tavia and nodding* I would make sure not to leave him with any of the images either just to be safe. Sorry, I know you trust him but we must be careful. *glancing over at Dare, I smile sweetly at my nephew* Perhaps your father would allow you to go. You have done extensive research on my journals and are an excellent warrior. I'm sure it would make Sterling feel more comfortable as well.

Tavia Chase *Grins* Yes, since the college class I did and dealing with protestors, Sterling, as well as the other warriors won't let us go alone. I am still not sure I trust the person from the auction house. I would feel better if I had a few go with me. I have only showed my professor the drawing I did of the symbol not the actual artifact picture.

*Laughing * Dare, Jenna I actually had someone tell me to go back to my planet at the college. Aric was so pissed, I grabbed him and pulled him away. He could not understand how I could be so nice. *shrugs* I guess I am still hoping to change the opinions of humans.

*Shaking off the memory, I get back down to typing up the reference document, for everyone's benefit * You know, it is strange to think another race of immortals living among us, but it would explain a lot.

Dare Thorne Maybe Aric and I can go along with you. You know he'll want to go and keep an eye on things. We'll want to take all precautions necessary - including not letting any of the images out of our sight - not even for a minute. That's all the time it would take to copy them. We can run it by Dad to see if he can spare me to go along.

Jenna Darrow *setting down the photos and getting up to pace the room* I think that would be best Dare and I am sure your father will agree. There are still a lot of humans that fear us and just don't understand. Hell I recall when I first learned of the Breed. I wasn't scared but I kinda had other issues to deal with, like my own changes thanks to the Ancient. Hopefully this will all one day help answer the question as to why he did this to me. That is for another time though. Right now we need to get our hands on whatever this leads us to before anyone else does.

Tavia Chase *Flipping through Gideon's program* He set it up basically how I did on the journal for the artifacts, so we should be able to combine the two and it search automatically. You think you can do that Dare? *Looks at Jenna sympathically* I understand that totally Jen, I was told my whole life that mine were scars from a fire. *Taking a deep breath, rubbing her neck to take out the stiffness* It is really puzzling and I agree we need to be on this before anyone else is. *Stands to walk off some energy* I know the answer is right in front of us, I have been scrolling through my mind cataloging them all in my mind. It now pays to have the photographic memory, but I still wish I could knock people down like Renata. *winks at her nephew when he laughs*

Dare Thorne *laughing at Aunt Tavia* Okay ladies, I'll leave you to it, and I'll start work on loading the rest of this into the program and running the comparisons. I'll check with Dad to see if he'll be okay with me going along. I'm sure he won't mind as long as I'm not needed elsewhere. *taking the photos, I leave them to their conversations as I head to the computer lab to scan in the photos and load the programs.*

Jenna Darrow Dragos caused a lot of pain to a lot of people. I am surprised he really thought he could contain the Ancient forever and that he managed to do so for so long. Guess it was all meant to happen as it did. Though I certainly never would have asked to be changed, I am thankful that it brought me to all of you and especially Brock. We will figure this all out together. With the research Dare has done over the years, your memory, and Savy's ability to read the history of the objects when they arrive, we will really get some answers. *hugging Tavia tight* As always, we will rise above any challenge.

Tavia Chase *Thinking for a moment * You know I was perplexed that Savy could not read the artifacts, she tried in Prague but could not. *Looking at the time after returning the hug* I'm so glad you came into our lives as well. *yawning* No wander I feel so tired we have been at this for hours. I think I need to go crawl in bed with Sterling and start fresh tomorrow. *hugging her again, I gathered up my things and headed back to my quarters *

{Atlanteans} Teardrops From the Moon - Grand Opening Ceremony

Teardrops From the Moon - Grand Opening {Atlanteans}: November 2, 2013
Dia: *Pacing the office, I look down into the atrium where the crowd was gathering. The big night was finally here after so many delays. Reaching for the phone to find out where the hell Meison was I hear the click of the door as Satora enters the office followed by my partner and Aine. Growling* It's about bloody time you got your asses here. I was about to have the ceremony start with out you.

Satora: ~I looked up at Dia then glanced at my watch pointedly.~ A little impatient are we? Everything is fine, I had to settle a few last minute issues but it has been taken care of. Evening Mr.DeclainAine

Meison: *Extending my hand forward to shake with Dia despite his impatience* Relax. Tonight will go splendidly if not, there will be dire consequences to those who interrupt our joyous occasion. Aine, dearest, are you ready for your big unveil?

Aine: *leaning against the wall just inside the door, my stomach in knots over the opening of my shop. Turning when I hear my name, giving Meison my sweetest smile* As I can be.

Mathias: *He looked out at the crowd gathering below, scanning the area for signs of trouble. He never liked crowds and mixing humans, Breeds, and alcohol was never a good idea to him. He would take his time and gather as much information as he could. He was curious to know what, and not just who, was behind this concept.*

Dia: *Taking our places on the stage. I look across the crowd. There are several influential Breed leaders along with government officials and their date. The mayor of the city gives the opening speech, followed by several government dignitaries. When all the honored guest had spoken Meison and I take the floor.* Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to thank you for coming this evening to celebrate the Grand Opening of the state of the art, multi functional complex......*Finishing my speech I turn and introduce my partner and associates to the crowd*

Satora: ~I followed Dia down to the reception area and nodded to each of my guards as we passed. They had strict orders for tonight and disobedience was not among them, nor was trouble. Anything out of the ordinary was to be dealt with quietly and quickly. Stepping up to the stage, I surveyed the area again watching Dia's back as he made his speech. My gaze strayed to the Declain's, still intrigued by their presence.~

Meison: *Taking a sip of wine, I continued the speech that Dia had began* It is our hope that this will foster a connection between the Breed, humans and perhaps other creatures that might inhabit this earth *Chuckling, a clue that everyone else should join in the "joke"* As you can see for yourselves, we've spared no expense. This is a vision that my partner and I fully understand and hope to see to fruition *Raising my glass in salute* To the promising future

Aine: *Following behind my father, standing slightly off to the side holding my glass of wine. Shaking my head at his attempt at a joke. Taking a small sip as I look out over the crowd. Giving Meison's cheek a kiss as he comes back to stand beside us* Very well said. You've always had such a way with words.

Mathias: *He listened to the cookie cutter speeches and worked his way up to the "officials". It was time to meet all the players in this little game. Dia took the scissors from a lackey and stood at the ribbon ready to cut it and as he looked around at the observers, I made sure he was aware of me. Smirking, he lifted his glass to Dia and mouthed "congratulations".*

Dia: As I cut the ribbon I locked gazes with a face from the past. Leaning towards Satora. I whisper* Looks like we have a visitor from the past. Keep an eye on him. If he's around then there may be others from The Order close by.

Satora: ~Nodding to let him know I heard, I eyed the Agent. It was not a surprise that he was present since he lived in the apartment complex but I was surprised to see him front and center. I reached down and felt the hilt of my knife letting him follow my move. I gave the Agent a smirk of my own and tipped my glass at him.~

Meison: *It was interesting to watch, the power play between us all. I frowned internally, making sure to keep the disturbance off my face. The agent from a few months ago had made another bold appearance. It would soon be time to deal with him once and for all* Aine, is there anything you would like to share with our guests? Perhaps invite them to buy some authentic pieces

Aine: *watching Dia and Satora closely, following their gazes and the way they look at the Breed male up front. Turning my attention to Meison as he asks me to speak, trying to hold back a groan* Oh you know how much I hate speaking in public. *sighs* But if it will make you happy, I will. *walking up to the mic, I let me eyes flow over the crowd* I'd like to invite you all to enjoy the shops and stores that have not been previously open. Teardrops from the Moon is one that is opening tonight. Please feel free to browse and maybe take home something special.

Mathias: *He watched the play and smiled to himself, moving closer as Dia and his party started to mingle after the speeches. He caught up with the beautiful young lady, curious to know how she fit in to all of this.* Interesting name for a shoppe. Any meaning behind it?

Dia: *Making my way through the crowd toward followed closely by Meison we make our way to Mathias. Stopped by a group of reporter. I look back at my business partner.* I'll take care of the press you keep an eye on your daughter. That cop is up to no good.

Satora: ~Keeping a small distance from Dia, I looked around the crowd, bored and wondering if I could find a distraction. I watched Meison frowning at the interaction of his daughter and the Agent and tried to get a feel for what was going on but I got nothing. Stepping up beside him, I whispered.~ She is all grown up, Mr. Declain. However, he is Breed and would have no real interest in her.

Meison: It matters not. She is my daughter and I must protect her *Walking up to the scene, I slide an arm around Aine protectively. It was a silent nod that she didn't have to answer anything. I would handle this* I see you've taken an interest in another situation. I'm curious to know what your business is here

Aine: *smiling at the male before me* Thank you. It was from...*feeling an arm wrap around my shoulder, I turn and see the unhappy look in my father's eyes and the clipped tone of his voice* Daddy, he's a guest and I'm sure he means no harm. *smiles again at the male as I pull out from under Meison's arm and link mine through it* I'm sorry, but we have some things that need to be attended to concerning the shop. Enjoy your evening.

Mathias: *He arched his brow at the male.* Why I was invited to this little shindig. Did you not see my name on the invitation list? *He had a look of mild surprise before schooling his features.* Well, well. It looks like someone had a little miscommunication. No problem, I'll be around for awhile. I'll be sure to catch you later. Miss Declain, we shall finish this conversation another time. *Nodding to the ladies, he stepped away, knowing he would be the topic of their conversations in the future. They knew he was there so his mission was accomplished.*

{Atlanteans} Aine and Dia at the Shop

Aine: *I had been spent most of the morning rearranging the things that Satora's clean up crew had so thoughtfully "put away" for me. They had actually done a fairly good job with their clean up, most people wouldn't have known anything had happened here. I, on the other hand, could smell the gun powder and see everything that had been misplaced. Looking around I still didn't know what they had been so interested in. Grabbing a few books, I climb up onto a small ladder to put them back on a top shelf*

Dia: *Entering the store I chuckle to myself. The female was always up on a ladder. Quietly walking to the base of the ladder I place my hands on her hips* Careful female, I'd hate for you to fall a break your pretty little neck.

Aine: *quickly turning around at his touch, losing my footing and bouncing down the ladder on my ass and straight into his arms* Do you HAVE to scare me every time you come in here? Jesus, I'm gonna put a damn bell around your neck or something!

Dia: *Snorts. Quickly setting the female on her feet and stepping away* I'm not a kept animal. I only stopped by to check on the store. I see everything is in order. Was there anything missing?

Aine:  *moves out of his reach as soon as he steps away* Not that I can tell, but I'm still finding things all over the shop that are out of place. *moving over to stand in front of one of my locked display cases* The lock on this case was damaged though, but nothing was taken.

Dia: *Peering into the the glass case, chewing my lip in thought.* What is in here that would be of interest? Last time I checked with an interior decorator ancient Greek decor has long been out of style. *Reaching in and taking the jar looking at the bottom* Besides one can find these in any five and dime store.

Aine: *grabs the jar he so carelessly tips upside down* DIA! That is NOT Greek and it was NOT cheap! *gently placing the heirloom back into the case and closing the glass door* That has been in my family for generations and is priceless! That's why it's locked up and also why its NOT for sale! *turning away from his questioning expression* Look, I don't know what they wanted or why they are so interested in me...I mean my shop. Daddy said that he has added extra security so it won't happen again.

Dia: Oh well. I guess what is one persons junk is another ones treasure. Still there is something here that has caught their eyes. And I find it hard to believe it was the name of this store. There are many humans that try to make a dollar off all things Breed. *Runs my fingers along the glass case looking at the contents* According to the security data the warriors were interested in the contents of this display case. Why my dear? Can you enlighten me?

Aine: *sitting down in a chair, tucking my legs up, absentmindedly rubbing over the mark on my ankle. Staring at the case ~Surely they couldn't know anything. Those secrets have been buried for far too long~ Losing myself in thought, I don't notice him moving closer to me*

Dia: *Looking down at Aine, she looks a little pale. Arching a brow when I see her tattoo* You know a Breed knows the difference between a fake Breedmate and a real one. And if this is some stupid game you are playing then all you are doing is inviting trouble,

Aine: *snorts* Like I would bother to get a stupid tattoo just to trick someone. *gasping as I realize what I just said. Standing, I quickly put distance between us and busy myself with organizing things again ~Shit shit SHIT! Daddy's gonna KILL me!~ ducking down behind the counter, hoping he'll just leave and not question me*

Dia: *Rounding the corner I lean down and inhale deep. Smelling nothing I straighten myself and chuckle* Don't be so nervous. I understand a humans needs to want to live forever. But all your kind is to us is a food source, nothing more. * Walking back over to the case I reach in and take the ceramic jar along with a metal bracelet* I'm taking these. I'll return them when I find out why those warriors are interested in them. Good day Aine.

Aine: *letting out my breath at his words, silently thanking God for my ability to conceal my breedmate scent. Standing to see what he had taken, calling out to him as he starts to leave* If there is even the TINIEST of scratches on either of those Meison will have your ass for it! *growling at his chuckle, I pull out my phone and send daddy a text :txtDia took some things from the shop. He also saw my mark, but I concealed so he thinks it's just a tattoo. We NEED TO TALK! :snd: Pocketing my phone, I silently curse myself for allowing him to see my mark as I go back to work*

{Atlanteans} Dia Calls a Meeting

Dia:*Sitting at my desk, mulling over the still shots from the security video. I read the report. A positive ID had been made and there was no doubt that the intruders were part of Lucan's Order. Aine Declain had reported that nothing was damaged or stolen. So the question remained, why are they interested in that store. I had called a meeting with Satora and Meison hoping to get some answer. Satora had already called to let me know she was on her way. But I had yet to hear from my business partner. Drumming my fingers on the desk my lips tighten across my teeth in anger that the male would stand me up again. Fuck I was tired of carrying the load by myself and him reaping the benefits. Hearing the click of the door I look up as Satora enters the room* Where the hell is Meison?

Satora: ~Quirking a brow, I quietly walk in and take a seat before addressing Dia.~ I have no idea. Is he now under my protection? Perhaps I should assign an active detail to him. ~Hearing soft footfalls down the hall, I assume it is our guest.~ I do believe I hear him now but he moves quietly for a male of his size.

Meison: *Strolling calmly into the meeting, I knock softly on the door and make my presence known* A pleasure to see you both again *Bowing, I kiss Satora's knuckles briefly before pulling out a seat for her. Smiling, I studiously ignore the furious breathing and glares from Diabolus* I hope I'm not too late?

Dia: *Growls* NO for once you are on time. *Pushing the photos toward Meison and Satora* Ladies we have a security issue And Meison it seems to be centered around your daughters store. Do you happen to know why?

Satora: ~I pushed my chair at an angle to better observe Mr. Declain. I knew what the pictures showed since I had taken it all in personally.~ It appears nothing was stolen, they were here for information. What I need to know is what can your store give them?

Meison: It is not my store. The store belongs to my daughter Aine, and it is a dedication to my late wife Elizabeth *Folding my hands under my chin, I watch the two of them communicate with their body language* We're selling antiques. Or do you know more about the items than we do?

Dia: *Stands and pace* I have no interest about the worthless junk she sells. Perhaps it was that ridiculous name she chose that attracted the attention of the Order.

Satora: ~Glancing up at Dia, I resisted the urge to cover my own teardrop and moon mark. My skin prickled around this male and his daughter but I could not pick up on any latent talents. I allowed my gaze to focus on Meison.~ What is your reasoning why her store was broken into while the others were left undisturbed?

Meison: The Order has no reason to be interested in me. I take it you two have met the warriors in these pictures before? *Digging in the pockets of my coat, I slide some files across the table to the two of them* You, Mr. Rivera, are the reason for all this. It all comes back to you and your several run ins in the past with them. I am merely associated with you at the moment and you owe me compensation for that

Dia: *Snorts as I look over the pictures* My run ins with The Order is nothing new, Meison. I know them from my days with Dragos. And I'm sure Lucan Thorne were pissed when his computer geek, Gideon was unable to stop me from claiming my share of my former employers estate. *Glares at my Business partner* You have your own security? Why the hell didn't you tell me about this earlier?

Satora: ~Looking between the two males, this discussion didn't really include me. Meison was a dead end for information as far as I was concerned. I had suspected the Declain family had their own security detail. Standing, I walked over to the windows looking out to the area below going over the information I had memorized. Perhaps the female would provide more. Still listening to the conversation behind me,my focus changed and my fists tightened, eager to get back to my own personal goal.~

Meison: Of course I have my own security. I need to protect my daughter and her investments. Don't you have personals to protect? *Scoffing* Why must everything turn into a disagreement? We must work together if we are to make this place as grand as we want it to be.

Dia:  *Shrugs* You obviously have never worked with Breed. We tend to be a bit aggressive. But putting that aside, it looks like you didn't trust me either, other wise you would not have your own security. *Waves hand and stands by Satora* Point is PAAARTner, we have a problem. And YOUR daughter's store has come to the attention of the Order. So I suggest you and your lil filly come up with some suggestions on why. Sabe?

Satora:  ~I kept a calm expression on my face as I listened to their banter.~ Anything you come up with could prevent this from happening again. We would prefer the Order not to hang around our establishment. Although they do provide interesting entertainment. ~flashing my fangs as I remembered throwing my blade and hitting the mark~

Meison: I will discuss with Aine and get back to you on that issue. If that will be all, I may take my leave? *Rising to my feet and brushing my coat*

Dia: *Snarls as I squint my eyes at the male* YOU have a talk with your offspring. Perhaps between the two of you, you will come up with something useful. In the mean time, there will be added security around her shop.

Satora:  ~Watching as Meison leaves the room, his gait was unhurried. That male intrigued me but it would be another day when I figured out his puzzle. I turned to Dia and nodded, letting him know the security would be taken care of. I walked to the door and opened it noticing the empty hall.~ I'll have those additions made immediately and will notify you of the results. We need to discuss the opening soon. Everything is ready. ~He nodded, and I took my leave of his office, already contemplating who would be used for the new assignments. I needed more recruits.~
