Mathias Rowan*Coming in from a light shift at JUSTIS, he decided to check out the club at the Dome. The grumblings at the office indicated it was the "hot" spot of the city. His glyphs covered, he settled in at the end of the bar with a clear view of the place and ordered a drink as a cover. Not much was happening but he liked being familiar with the layout of the place.*
